Update the dpkg package and that error should go away (though methinks
there would be quotes around the string "System V ...").

usage: install-info [--version] [--help] [--debug] [--maxwidth=nnn]
             [--section regexp title] [--infodir=xxx] [--align=nnn]
             [--calign=nnn] [--quiet] [--menuentry=xxx] [--info-dir=xxx]
             [--keep-old] [--description=xxx] [--test] [--remove] [--]
             filename

dpkg: 1.6.12.99
