Easy way is to (as root)
vi pnpdump
edit changes
w /etc/isapnp.conf
q

There is one of these lines per section. It's there,
if needed in vi use the '/' command to search for it!

If you installed the isapnp from the .deb, it's
already set to run. The script is loaded in
/etc/init.d
