I want to upgrade my system from Hamm (2.0) to Potato (2.2), using CDROMs. I tried to first install apt, but, not surprisingly, I got all kinds of dependency errors. So I thought I would do it the old fashioned way one more time: using dselect and do each of the binary CDs separately (Update, Select, Install, Configure). Has anyone done this? What problems or issues do I need to deal with before hand? Or is there a better way? TIA for any tips! Kirk
