Marco,

If you go to the site linuxcentral.com and select "Linux Central CD-Roms",
then "Distributions."  They have an M68 version of Debian, that's probably
the one your looking for.  Or go to the debian website and select
"download on CD" and then your country (I assume Italy in your case).  
The Italian distributor carries the Macintosh version of Debian.
