Debian's `official' ssh package is now OpenSSH, a DSFG compliant
re-implementation of the commercial version. The original non-free
ssh (I think its license had restrictions on commercial use) has
been renamed to ssh-nonfree, with OpenSSH assuming the `ssh' name.

It's intended to be a "drop-in" replacement for the original, and
for the most part (from what I've heard) seems to fit the bill.
