I tried "make-kpkg kernel_headers", but when I installed the resulting
deb file it only created the directory /usr/src/kernel-headers-2.2.14
with the include files there.  It didn't change anything in
/usr/include.  But when I do a #include <linux/version.h> it will look
for /usr/include/linux/version.h and not for
/usr/src/linux/include/linux/version.h.  That's my problem.
