I need help installing an IBM PC 500 server ps/2 mca machine ..... Everytime I initiate the kernel boot it hangs at some point.... I managed to get a bit further, yet until now kernel never finished booting. I tried the boot parameters boot: linux ibmmcascsi=7 no-hlt mca-pentium and it hangs with the following: Checking 'hlt' instruction... disabled Linux version 2.0.27(root@the-computer) (gcc version 2.7.2) #1 Mon ........ Any ideas?
