Hi dear Debian gurus,

        How do I start staroffice as a normal user ?
        I can run it as root.
        I've checked the file permissions, they are

        -rwxr-xr-x 1 root     root    3437    Aug 24     1999  soffice

        in  /usr/local/Office51/bin.

        When I issue ./soffice the hard disk started to run but after a
while nothing comes up.
