Can't help you with sendmail, I'm afraid, but it's almost trivial with
exim:
*@linbase.org runner@matavnet.hu frF
... in the "rewrite configuration" section.

exim's (excellent) documentation is in /usr/doc/exim/spec.txt.gz
(there's also an HTML version); the documentation on address rewriting
is in chapter 32.
