I hope these rumours are true - my mainthing is 3d/anims and the wide
use of these proprietary codecs is a right pain if you're not running
M$ - which I don't.  Perhaps this implies that they may have licenced
the codecs to Commercial Linux developers, which could mean some new
s/w in the pipe-line.  This would fit with the increased interest in
Linux by some of the 3d houses - the new Vn of the s/w I currently use
(on Amiga) is going to be released on Linux(x86).
