[Bug?] libguile6_1.3-18 does not contain libqthreads.so.0

I found out yesterday that libguile6_1.3-18.deb does not contain
libqthreads.so.0 so scwm 0.99.6-2 cannot start.

Is this a bug, should I wait for a recompile of scwm or report this as
a bug in the libguile package?

The errormessage is:
scwm: error in loading shared libraries: libqthreads.so.0: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory
