When I ping another host, I get the following:
ping: sendto: Operation not permitted
ping: wrote (INSERT IP HERE) 64 chars, ret=-1
ping: sendto: Operation not permitted

My /etc/resolve.conf file contains the following:
domain binc.net
nameserver 208.139.220.11
nameserver 205.173.176.11

This is valid.
