Fetchmail and local domains

I've been usinq fetchpop for a few years now, and it's wonderfully simple... but flawed!  I now have multiple POP3 servers to collect from and can't figure out how to configure fetchmail.  One problem may be local domains.  I use a few forwarding services (iname.com, for example) that point to my ISP box.  If I configure exim to read that as a local domain, then can I send to other iname.com addresses??  It seems like this is how fetchmail knows how to forward it to my local user account(s)...

Is there some other way?
