That version is available in "frozen" and "unstable"; it will be part of
Debian 2.1.

That's the "internal" version number of egcs 1.0.3, as you can verify by
doing "egcc -v" or "g++ -v"; e.g., on my "frozen" system, it gives
	zensunni ray 20:43 ~ > egcc -v
	Reading specs from /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i486-linux/egcs-2.91.60/specs
	gcc version egcs-2.91.60 Debian 2.1 (egcs-1.1.1 release)
