yeah that works(what i did a few days ago) but i still find it wierd that
at least syslog(and probably others) get the proper hostname when the line
only has 'localhost' on it, but then changes when i tried to add the
hostname to that.. all of this stated when a custom installed apache said
it couldnt resolve a name..turned out it was looking at the wrong place
for the httpd.conf file
all is well now :)
