Hello all. 

I get the following error/warning while upgrading packages using
apt-get and dpkg:

Cannot find termcap: Can't find a valid termcap file at
/usr/lib/perl5/5.005/Term/ReadLine.pm line 305

I see this on 2 of my boxen, and I have seen others complain about it
- what is causing this, and how would I fix it?
