Take a look at:
ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/stable/main/Release-Notes

You can either use dselect or apt-get:  

1.  Install the appropriate site(s) for slink Packages files in
/etc/apt/sources.list

2.  apt-get update

3.  apt-get dist-upgrade
