Either run xf86config (a text based X configurator) or XF86Setup (a gui
X configurator). Either one of these will create XF86Config. If you
don't have either or both of those programs, then you didn't get all of
the X packages you need. You should have xserver-common, xserver-vga,
and probably xserver-svga (or one that supports your card).
