Login as root at another console, go into /var/cache/apt/archives, and type

dpkg -i --force-overwrite libqt2*deb

* you might need to quit out of dselect before doing this.

You can type dpkg --force-help at a prompt to get a list of force options for dpkg.

This sort of thing crops up now and again with the odd package.  Usually gets fixed
sooner or later.
