You don't want any of these. Just skip the "block devices' section.

I'm pretty sure that the first is the one you want. Is it the one with
it's own controller card? I just pulled one of those out of one of my
boxes.

I'm not certain, but you may need 'io=0x300' for the Mitsumi.

I don't think so. Try it again without the block devices. The "syntax
error" messages are due to bugs in the install.
