Partial success with CDROM! (but a few unexplained errors) COOL

Hello,

MANY Thanks to all who assisted! I just used the JVC CDROM to
install (many) debian packages, with only a VERY little flaky
behvaior! One time in dselect I had to go back to "access" again,
and I always get a few errors upon startup which I included below.

I made a custom 2.0.36 after making the pcmcia-cs-3.0.14 and used
the default aha152x_cs driver. This combination appears to work,
somewhat, and perhaps the startup errors below are to be expected.
I am not sure exactly what errors happened in dselect because they
were intermingled with the deselect screen, and some scrolling occured. I posted the output, in case there is something I should
or could change to go from 98% to 100% working!
