suidmanager (an application that watches the permissions on a file) has noticed
that sendmail has had its permissions changed.
root.root means owned by user 'root', group 'root', 777 refers to the file
permissions (see man chmod). sendmail went from being non-setuid to being
setuid, hence the 4755.
It is less an error and more of a warning. It you want to setuid a program,
use suidregister.
I do not believe sendmail needs setuid permissions however.
