386SX/16, 4mb RAM, ~40mb HD.
That's the requirement for any Linux distro.
To install Debian > 1.3, you must have at least 6 (or is it 8) mb of RAM,
but once it's installed, you can take out the extra 2-4mb, and run it just
on 4mb.
