RE: Boot hangs at 'Starting PCMCIA services: modules' on ThinkPad i1476

Just wanted to let you know that I've found out how to work around
this.

During the installation, you need to configure PCMCIA and set an
option for the controller.  Set it to:

    irq_list=3,4,7,11

and all will be well.
