I would not use 2.2.10, it has some file corruption and tcp/ip bugs in
it. The latest is 2.2.12 which fixes these.

Debian's policy is to NOT link /usr/include/{asm,linux} to the kernel
source.  In fact the kernel docs do not mention this anymore as well.
See /usr/doc/libc6/FAQ.Debian.gz and README.headers in either
/usr/doc/kernel-source-* or /usr/lib/kernel-package.
