This seems to be a Nestscape problem anyway. Netscape has it's own
language to translate mouse/keyboard bindings to actions (if somebody
know references about please write!). Some of this translations are
compiled in, some stored in app-defaults/Netscape, ~/Netscape and
~/.Xdefaults. Generic line in these files related to you problem looks
like:
        <Btn2Motion>:                   DisarmLinkIfMoved()  \n\
(compare with yours)
