How to share swap partition across 2 linux installs?
Greetings,
I'm looking to play around with Debian based on a lot of the positive things
I've read about it In various news groups. I have a LILO based dual boot
system with win98 & my SuSE dist.
I installed Debian on a spare 2G partition, (new HD from Costco, 8G ~150
bucks! :) and have configure LiLO successfully..
However, when I try to boot into Debian, (my last boot up was from SuSE) I
get the msg
Invalid swap signature
And my swap partition isn't mounted.
What do I need to do to be able to share the same swap partition between the
2 systems?
Any help much appreciated.
Regards,
Francis
