Have you tried compiling Mozilla? Tinderbox shows that it builds clean 
on Linux/sparc. 
(http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/showbuilds.cgi?tree=SeaMonkey-Ports). Grab
a tarball from ftp.mozilla.org and try it out.
