If you remove or comment out the entry for the UNIX/:blahblah font path in
XF86Config It will start fine. this is an xfstt issue I think

The display manager actuallyu _IS_ the X process, the font path is giving it
an aneurism...lol...fix the font path problem and you will be able to start
the display manager fine. perhaps try reinstalling xfs and xfstt? or you
fonts.
