 The X package that comes with the Debian CD's doesn't support the
TNT/TNT2 chipset, which is what you have. What you can do is get new
debian packages at "http://www.netgod.net/x/";.

 Or, you can go to nVidia's website (the company that makes the chips for
your card). They supply drivers for Linux. The address is:
