Try to look (using e.g. ftpsearch.lycos.com) for a tar archive
called ftpsshd-1.0.tar.gz. Unfortunately I could not find it as
a debian package but it compiles quite nicely. This does exactly
what you expect. Tunnelin FTP over ssh is somewhat nontrivial,
because of the way FTP handles the data/control connections
(passive or active mode).
