bug-tracking system having problems???

Anyone know if the bug-tracking system is having problems?  I submitted
a bug report on xserver-3dlabs (from potato) on Sunday, and it still
doesn't appear to have been registered.  I don't seem to be having any
problems with my email, and I haven't received any delivery-failure
notifications, so I don't believe the problem to be at my end.

I could just resend it, of course... but if the server's having trouble,
I don't want to make any backlog worse.
