Package: xlib6g-dev
[...]
Description: include files and libraries for X client development
xlib6g-dev provides the standard set of include files for X, and some
non-shared libraries required for X client development. You only need to
install it if you intend to compile X clients yourself.
 .
This package only provides statically linked libraries if there is no
dynamically linked version available. For statically linked versions of the
libraries in the xlib6g package, see the xlib6g-static package.
