KDE -- please help!



i sent this msg yesterday and got no replies, but i managed to fix the sound problem. it still crashes so i was wrong i guess....
 
i'm still getting that mysterious error message in my xsession-errors files:
 
Could not read '/tmp//kfm-cache-0/index.txt
 
does anyone know what that is??? please help. thanks.
