This is strange.

In slink, libc6 and libc6-dev have version 2.0.7.19981211-6.
In hamm, version was 2.0.7t-1, if I remember well.

If you have 2.0.7v-1, you probably installed slink when it was still in
the frozen stage.

In this case the best thing to do would be to upgrade everything to
slink, which is now stable.
