Running sendmailconfig, and answering yes to the Mailertable question creates and entry like this: FEATURE(mailertable, `text /etc/mail/mailertable')dnl which doesn't work. FEATURE(mailertable, `hash -o /etc/mail/mailertable')dnl however does work, if the maps are there and made with makemap. Adding an -o in the text case does not help. Are text maps not supported? Is this a bug? Is the format of text maps different?
