Basically, get the settings from windows, use those settings in kernel
config and isapnp.conf, then compile your kernel with sound as module.
That is the key here, because isapnp initializes all pnp cards after the
sound
initialization, so just including sound support in kernel will not help.
Then once the pnp card been initialized, 'insmod sound'
