This means that the DDD binary you're using was linked against a different
(older) version of the LessTif library.

There were two Debian revisions of 3.1.3. 3.1.3-1 was still built on a slink
system; 3.1.3-2 and newer are built on potato systems.

As you already have libstdc++ from potato, you'd better install the latest
potato DDD package (3.1.4-3) together with potato's LessTif
(lesstifg_0.88.0-1).
