May be this is now in the mailing list twice, but I m not sure if I ve really send what I wrote yesterday. I m now able to add sound to the list of modules in the file /etc/modules. This didn t work at first, because I didn t know that I have to run "depmod -a" before this (at least in the case of kernel 2.0.34 which I still use). Now the sound-module is loaded at boot-time.
