Re: new mail not visible in mail readers
I use exim, fetchmail, and mutt, and had a similar problem. Try adding the
line 'smtp_accept_queue_per_connection = 0' (no quotes) in the "MAIN
CONFIGURATION SETTINGS" section of your exim.conf file. (This solution
courtesy of another reader on this list.)
