As an addon to this, I have been having problems dragging a URL to the
bookmarks file. It wouldn't work. I found that uncomenting this line
communicator=BIN:VER:FLA in /etc/netscape4/config got it working
correctly.
I was unable to find any info or docs on the debian feature.
