Daylight saving trouble

Hi,

My linux machine does not seem to be daylight saving aware. I
still have the old time as my system time. Setting date as root
does not seem to help. I tried to look thru HOWTOs, minis,
Documentation, FAQs.... I couldnot get any pointers.

Will someone point me to some links/info pl?

Iam running Debian 2.2.2.

A Cc to nram@nram.virtualAve.net will be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
nram
