Motif isn't free software. You'll have to purchase a copy from someone 
like Redhat. There are other vendors as well. I'd suggest a search of
comp.os.linux.misc for other recommendations.

Last time I looked it wasn't exactly cheap, depending on your
financial status. Something on the order of 100 US$.
