Yes, but you should NOT be using ANY of them.
/etc/rc.boot is wrong, /etc/rcS.d is wrong and /sbin/setup.sh is definitely
very very wrong. Programs in thoise places will be executed way too early, before
the system has been properly initialized.
You want to create a script in /etc/init.d/ and link it into the
appropriate /etc/rc?.d directories with update-rc.d
See /etc/init.d/README and /usr/doc/sysvinit/README.runlevels.gz
