I use the following script to create a file that will make a booklet of a5
size by printing two pages landscape on a4 paper.
psbook $1 | psnup -pa4 -l -nup 2 > /tmp/psboekie.ps
This wil print 8 pages on for like this
1 8
2 7
3 6
4 5
It will not work for 350 pages. You can have a look at psnup, psselect and
psbook.

"For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a
shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the
trump of God; and the dead in Christ shall rise first;
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up
together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in
the air; and so shall we ever be with the Lord."
