The GPL ENSURES the distribution of binary AND source. It prevents
binary-only distribution. So what? This is a core element of this
license.

If you don't want this, don't use the GPL.

Of cause. The GPL only applies to distribution. Not to usage or such.

GPL ensures that I always stay in bussiness, if I use GPLed software.
