Many needed packages are in Incoming. These are new packages, and have 
to be handled by a human, so it will take some time until they reach
the dist.

You can use one of the Incoming mirrors to grab them (see
www.debian.org's ftp sites listing), but be warned. Many (all?) of the
gnome-enabled packages don't work for me anymore, and I also can't
recompile them.

$ gtkicq
gtkicq: error in loading shared libraries
/usr/lib/libgnomeui.so.0: undefined symbol: argp_program_version

checking for gnomeConf.sh file in /usr/lib... not found
configure: error: Could not find the gnomeConf.sh file that is 
generated by gnome-libs install
make: *** [build-stamp] Error 1
