I'm not sure what you are asking. Maybe you are just asking simply for an
example of lilo.conf that boots Linux or Windows? If so, this may help.
If not, this dialog may at least clear up what you need.
boot=/dev/hda3
install=/boot/boot.b
map=/boot/map
vga=normal
delay=50
image=/vmlinuz
label=Linux
root=/dev/hda3
read-only
other=/dev/hda1
label=Win95
