Also you need:
ftp://ftp.netscape.com/pub/communicator/4.06/shipping/english/unix/...
(take your pick of these) This is the libc5 version. You can get the
libc6 version under the pub/communicator/4.06/development/... tree, but
the netscape4 deb package shows dependencies for libc5 instead of libc6,
so you might have a problem if both are not installed.
Put the netscape .tar.gz file in /tmp with root owner and group before
installing the netscape4 deb.
