 there can be only one reason why u get this message : w98 use all your hd .
i mean that u have just unit c and unit d: as cdrom.
what u have to do is to free some space from win98 partition using an utility called
fips .
or if u prefer first delete your win98 and then insall on your hd only Linux  :-))))
